Love these for blocking out annoying background sounds, very effective and comfortable. I have small ear canals and the XS size is perfect. They’re more comfortable for lying on my side than other similar reusable ear plugs I’ve tried too since they’re very soft and flexible and don’t protrude much. Love the addition of the cleaning case as well, very convenient. The only downside is that they do block quite a bit of speech sounds too so not the best to use if you need to talk to people.
