Warranty Coverage

We stand by the quality of all Welove Creations-branded products. If any defects in materials or workmanship arise during normal use within one (1) year from the original retail purchase date (the "Warranty Period"), we’ve got you covered. Guidelines for normal use are detailed in our user manuals and official service communications.

Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover non-Welove Creations branded products. It also does not apply to damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow our usage guidelines. Specifically, the warranty excludes the following (“Warranty Exclusions”):

• Consumable parts, such as protective coatings, that naturally diminish over time unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic, unless caused by a defect.
• Damage resulting from use with third-party components not meeting Welove specifications.
• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, or other external causes.
• Damage resulting from use outside the published operating guidelines.
• Products that have been modified without Welove’s written permission.
• Normal wear and tear, or aging of the product due to prolonged use.

What’s Covered

Welove products are covered for defects and malfunctions until they are worn out beyond reasonable repair. This refers to the product’s expected lifespan—not your lifetime. Factors such as significant discoloration, performance degradation, or major component failure due to extended use may determine the end of product life.

Important Limitation

Warranty service may be limited to the country or region where the product was originally purchased.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To request service, email hello@welovecreations.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. You will be guided through the necessary procedures and diagnostic steps.

Remedies for Warranty Breach

In the event of a valid warranty claim, Welove Creations may, at its sole discretion:

1. Repair the product using new or certified pre-owned parts that meet Welove’s quality standards;

2. Replace the product with a new or equivalent model that meets or exceeds the original’s features (e.g., same model in a different color), subject to your consent;

3. Replace the product with a different model of equal value if the original is no longer available, with your consent;

4. Provide a full refund of the original purchase price.

This warranty is a Limited Warranty under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Warranty Service Options

- Mail-In Service: If eligible, we will provide prepaid shipping labels and packaging instructions.

- DIY Parts Service: We may offer parts and instructions for self-repair. A credit card authorization may be required, and parts must be returned if instructed to avoid charges.

Service options and availability may vary by location. If the product is outside the original country of purchase, you may be responsible for shipping costs, import/export compliance, and any applicable taxes or duties. Welove reserves the right to modify service methods and determine service eligibility based on location.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Welove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from breach of warranty or other legal theories. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, revenue, profits, business, data, or goodwill. This limitation does not apply to personal injury claims or liabilities resulting from gross negligence or statutory obligations.

General Provisions

If any term of this warranty is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. This warranty is governed by the laws of the country or region where the product was originally purchased.
